Can’t change any settings, weird things all around

  I’m trying to change the general settings from my website and I can’t do anything. I try to change the site title and timezone and when I save it, it pops up an error message saying. ‘There was a problem saving your changes. Please try again.’ I try to upload an image for the site icon, and it says ‘1 file could not be uploaded because an error occurred while uploading.’

  The media storage actually says 0 of 1 GB used, but I have the personal account that should have 6 GB, right?

  I also try to access the Jetpack module and it says ‘With your free plan, you can monitor the 20 most recent events on you site.’ But again, I have a personal (paid) plan.

  I tried different browsers, clearing caches, everything. What is going on?

  Hi there,

  If you have tried different browsers and cleared your cache to no avail, have you tried changing the internet connection completely (if using wifi, try hardwired or another connection, if on mobile, try a computer on another network, etc)?

  Is this in reference to https://nalanddemary.wordpress.com/? If so, that site has 3GB of media library storage, which is what comes with the legacy free plan. Your site julianaravelli.com is the site that has 6GB, as that is the site that has the Personal Plan connected.

  It sounds like you may be looking under nalanddemary.wordpress.com and not julianaravelli.com, as the former site has the free plan.
