Can't change blog adress

  I’d like to change my blog adress to schipperskind.wordpress.com
  I’ve tried, but when I do so, it says the adress is already taken.
  But when I go to schipperskind.wordpress.com it says that it’s no longer available and that the authors have deleted this blog. How is this possible and what can I do to change my blog adress?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
