Can't Change Blog Url

  Hi,

  I’d like to change my current blog address (callumjhackettdotcom.wordpress.com) to some other address of the format xxxxxxxx.wordpress.com (not a custom domain).

  The instructions on the help section tell me to mouse over my blog name on the “My Blogs” page in order to click a link that will allow me to change the URL.

  When I mouse over my blog name on the “My Blogs” page, no links of any description appear.
