Can't change credit card

    My renewal is due soon and I need to change the credit card on file (the old one got hacked and has been replaced.) For several days I get a message that the “concierge” cannot be reached and that I should try again later. Is there an email or phone number somewhere that I can talk to someone to get this fixed? I don’t want to lose my domain, but can’t find a way to get this done.

    I can see we tried to authorise the new card you added with your bank, but they declined the request, in other words, your bank/credit card company is not allowing us to use the card you added for payments.

    Please contact your bank directly for more information about this, as we don’t have any way of knowing why they’re declining it.
