Can’t change credit card in manage purchases

I’m trying to change the credit card in manage purchases settings. But it won’t let me. I need to change it because its linked to paying for the shipping labels for my orders.

I can see a credit card listed on your Manage Purchases page — is that the information you are trying to update?
If the “Delete” and “Add Credit Card” buttons aren’t working, please try clearing your browser cache to see whether that helps.

Hi gemmacevans, i figured it out.
What worked for me was running the browser in private or incognito mode. In that mode i was able to delete the credit card and change it.

Glad to hear that did the trick! Can you let us know too what was happening earlier when you were trying to change the card? Was there an error, or was it filling back in, or were the buttons simply not responding? Any details you can send would be helpful.
