I have to ask whether or not your are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the site in question and purchased upgrades for it? That’s required to be able to update credit card information https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/

That sounds like browser related issue. In order to help you Staff need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through the list that follows and report your details back here.

2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view

This is getting worse and worse. I checked and I am running Firefox 43, (up to date) flash v. 20 (up to date) I have cleared the cache and my third party cookies are enabled!!! I then got a message that I have to pay a $20 charge back fee…. which I tried to do…. after I pushed the button it just sat there………… I checked my charge card and it isn’t listed as pending like it normally would be so I am assuming it didn’t go through…….. but with you folks who know………………. Why is there not someone I can actually chat with to get this straighten out. I am doing this for my son who is legally blind. He is trying to get a website going but so far is having some issues due to his adaptive software…… (zoom text). Because of this it has been slow going…. but we are moving along……… PLEASE find a way for me to TALK with someone to straighten this all out. I am getting so frustrated I am tempted to help him find a different blog program. We WANT this to work!!!!! I have no idea if we are paid or not… or over paid or what………………… Thank you!!!
