Can't change css Independent Publisher 2

  I want to change the nav links and content links only to #06d7d9. I cannot get the custom css to work at all. I’ve written custom CSS for all other themes on my site but this one is a no go. I am self-hosted.

  Also, the name of my blog and tagline show up on all my posts. Not sure why that happens.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I changed the links and the content links but my bigfoot footnotes aren’t working. I give up.

  Nice theme but it just isn’t going to work for me. Going back to Editor.
