can't change domain name

  Hi there, i have a free word press site for a not for profit association but wish to tweak its domain. I’ve found the instructions but at the step of insert new domain, the wordpress site won’t allow me to do that. help!!!

  1. Are you following the instructions on this page? Change A Site Address

  2. Are you logged in as the administrator of your site, or with some other account?

  3. What error message do you get when you try to insert a new domain?
