Can't change e-mail address

  I’m trying to change my e-mail address on my account, but its not allowing me to. Can anyone help?

  Please check Email Address support document, especially the Issues Changing your Email Address section and let me know the specific problem that is preventing you from changing the email address.

  Thanks I have look through the document.

  Not sure what my problem is, when I go to change my email address trying to use a brand new email address and the save changes button is always grey out when ever I type in the new email address.
