Can't change email address in "Contact" section

  I can’t change my email address under “Contact” information I’ve changed my email address for the site, successfully, but this information under “Contact” does not seem to have updated. I notice the same problem was reported in 2008 but no fix given.

  You can update your email address in your Account Settings, https://wordpress.com/settings/account/ or in your Personal Settings under Users → Personal Settings http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-user-settings in your dashboard.
