Can't change email address – no confirmation

  I am trying to change my account email address and I’m not getting any conformation showing up in my inbox. I’ve checked and I do not have another WP account with this email.

  I’ve been trying to get help on this for three days.

  Are info@’s not allowed? If so, why? I haven’t gotten anything saying that they’re *not* permitted.

  Hi there, what is the username, or the site address you are wanting to change the email address on and I would be happy to look into things for you?

  Can you verify the email address you are trying to change things over too? You can post it here in the forums, on its own separate line, and our software will only allow staff to see it.

  Thanks. I’d love to have another pair of eyes on this. The email address I am trying to change it to is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
