Can't Change Email Address Under Account Settings

I went to Account Settings and entered in a new address under Email Address, and then clicked Save Account Settings. However, I tried to do this even in Incognito Mode in Chrome, but every single time it just shows an error message that says, ‘There was a problem saving your changes.’
