Cant Change Font Color

    Hello, im trying to Setup my first Webblog with WordPress and have a weird thing i cant get fixed, look at this Screen

    This is the Title at Top realing Consuela blah… blah… and im trying to import HTML Code to do this https://i.imgur.com/4OS7jT1.png

    but even if i click on “Additional CSS it wont do anything because i also need to import HTML code somewhere, but where???
