Can’t change font in verse block

    I can’t seem to change the font on my verse blocks – no matter which font I choose in the typography section, what gets published is the same monospace font. It’s poetry, so I’d prefer something less robotic!

    Hi there!

    The font is not working because the theme you’re using is very old, which doesn’t quite support the block editor’s must more modern customization options.

    I’d suggest switching to a newer block theme at https://wordpress.com/themes. As soon as you do that, you’ll see that the font you chose on the Verse block will show up on the site. :)
