Can’t change from WP free to personal?

    Hi! I cant seem to upgrade from the free WP to the “personal” when I select the tab “plans” only those for jetpack pop up?

    If anyone could assist I’d appreciate it! Thank you!

    Hi there!

    What is the address of the site you’re trying to upgrade? The only site on your account is emilyfrancisart.com and that site is hosted by Dreamhost, not WordPress.com. It’s connected to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack and that is why you only see Jetpack plans.

    If you’d like to use one of our WordPress.com plans, you’ll need to transfer your site here so that it’s hosted on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
