Can't change header

  Hi there,
  I have this blog for a while: https://vaikaivirtuveje.wordpress.com/
  and had customized header, however something happened and turned out to be only the suggested. I have uploaded and choosed some different my own pictures, then pressed ‘save and publish’, but the picture is still the same. What’s wrong?
