Can't change header

  I’m using Yoga Fit Child template for my website empoweringhealth.clinic. Just recently it has stopped me from changing the heading background image. I have tried through both the page attributes and the overall theme appearance/content to delete the existing image, and change it, but it’s does nothing – it’s like it’s frozen. No other button on this page works either in this Heading section. Can you please help?
