Can't change header image

  Hey there, I just started trying to set this up and came to an abrupt halt when I couldn’t get the header image to change. I uploaded the image and cropped and set it, but it isn’t showing my image. What gives?

  The front-page image in Gateway comes from the page’s Featured Image. If you open that page in the editor you’ll be able to swap the image there, in the Feature Image area.

  If you prefer not to have a unique image on the homepage, you can remove the featured image entirely and the Custom Header you’ve set in the Customizer should be displayed there instead.

  Okay, so I found the Featured Image area but I have to make a new page to see it… Is there a Featured Image area for the header image? Also, I went ahead and just tried making the new featured image in the new page tab, but it wouldn’t save… Or publish or whatever.

  It changed the header image on every page EXCEPT the home page. I want to cry.

  Hi there!

  I can see that you’ve changed your theme from Gateway to Dyad since last writing in, and that there is now a header image displaying on your home page.

  Are you happy with the way your header image displays now? If you’d like to switch back to Gateway then we’ll be happy to take a look into what was happening there or answer any other questions on your current theme.
