Can't change Header Image

    I am trying to customize http://www.the-pivot.com and I have tried numerous themes, but simply can’t change the Header image. I can upload a picture, crop it- and it appears as changed in the customization tools, but doesn’t actually change. When I try to remove the current image- all it does is remove the tagline.

    This is extremely frustrating as this is not my first WordPress site, but I have never encountered this problem before. I need to launch this landing page asap- and due to this problem, do not want to take the risk of purchasing a theme.

    If you could check for bugs or check the site that would be fantastic. I’ve tried Affinity Theme, Pique, Gateway…all the same issue.
