Hi there!
Generally speaking, you’d want to choose a header image that you’d like to show across the whole site, as that’s how header images are supposed to work most of the time.
In your particular theme, though, you can set a Featured Image on posts/pages that will replace the header image. Can you follow the steps here to add a Featured Image to a page and see if that works?
