Can't Change Header in "Swift" Theme

Need help today! I need to switch out the header on my site (Sockitmama.com) and have done it before by using the Header button on the Dashboard. Now, I’m getting:
It looks like wp-content/header-images/ is not writable or does not exist.
I’m not that technical and don’t want to mess with my plug-ins or theme customization. Seems like there’s got to be another way to do this. The header is uploaded into my image library. I’m using “Swift” theme. Is there any other way to change the header on the site without messing things up?
I had someone else upload the holiday header right now and I failed to inquire how it was done. That person is not available right now and I need to change that out today. Any help would be appreciated.
