  i dont know how to change the header photo that currently says HOTEL

  Featured images and custom header images are not one in the same thing.

  Hi there! You can change the logo for your site by heading over to your My Sites > Customize page.

  Here, click on the Site Title, Tagline, and Logo menu to open up the settings options. To change the logo image, click on the Change Logo button to upload a new picture instead.
