Can't change header picture

  • Unknown's avatar

I have gone to the header section of the customize section on my site. I then select the header picture I would like. There are 4 pages on my site. The blog page is the only one that the header changes on. The other three have random pictures that I never selected but on the side it says the picture I chose is the one being used. Is there a way to fix this?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

The Featured Header Images section of the Hemingway Rewritten theme guide says:

If a featured image is assigned to a page or post, the image will appear in the header – otherwise, if you set a custom header it will be displayed.

I suspect there are default featured images on the “About” and “Contact” pages. They may be removed, or replaced with featured images of your choice. If you remove them, the site default or custom header image will be displayed instead.

If there are no default or chosen featured images set on the “About” and “Contact” pages, then I have no explanation for the mystery images displayed as header images on those pages. If this is the case, the issue you report may indicate a glitch on the theme, and you may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar to call for staff attention.
