Can’t Change Metadata Or Color On Webiste

    Hi WordPress team,

    (By the way I am using Highend Theme)

    I can’t change the metadata of my homepage for http://www.rapfiesta.com. Every time I send the URL on mobile, on an Instagram DM, it shows an article that I do not want popping up as the metadescription. Instagram is very big for my business and this is an emergency for my brand.

    Another issue I am facing is that I am not allowed to change the color of my website. I can successfully change all the colors in the preview, but when I click Publish- it never updates. It’s still the same color scheme.

    Hi there!

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
