    The instructoins to change to annual billing don’t work

    I don’t know how that site got connected to this question, but it has nothing to do with the question. We pay for Akismet monthly and I’m trying to switch it to annual billing. The instructions I found mention clicking on things that don’t exist in the admin. I assume they are out of date? So I’m trying to figure out how to actually switch to annual. I don’t understand why, as a paying customer, there is no support that I can just email a direct question, and instead have to rely on forums to provide me an answer.

    Hi, for some reason I couldn’t find that but eventually did. Thanks! I’m all set. Thanks! FYI for anyone else that encounters this. you CAN NOT ( at least of this date ) change your billing from monthly to annual unless you are changing your plan. If you want to do so without changing your plan you have to just buy a new plan with annual billing, then cancel your existing plan.
