cant change my background theme image in pointfinder theme.

i am not the admin user,i tried myself to change my website background theme image but i cant find any option like theme options or background option shown in online tutorial.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

WordPress.COM sites and WordPress.ORG sites have different logins and support forums. You are posting to the wrong support forum for support for your software. Also be aware of who the web host is for your site(s) and contact them for any hosting issues.
That site is not hosted on wordpress.COM servers. This is wordpress.COM support.
