Can't change my blog URL

I’m trying to change it but every time I try, it pops up an error message that says: WordPress.com Blog/Site Address Change; This tool is temporary disabled. Check back in a few days.
I tried a couple of days ago and again today and same outcome.
Here is what I did:
– Under Dashboard, I clicked “My Blogs” (I have 2 blogs)
– Under address, I clicked “Change Blog Address”
– Error message. No success :-(If you can help me, I really just want to change my blog URL. I also looked in Settings under “General” because of a suggestion I saw in the Forums, but there was no place to change it there.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot change your blog url as far as i know,if you did all your posts would bring up 404 errors.
btw your name is not clickable. -
@aimeegriffith, You are doing everything right. you, me and many other users are currently waiting for this feature to be turned on again which will be sometime this week. The exact date has not been announced, but there is someone who will be taking care of it, which is what WP staff members said. I am posting a view links to threads here ont eh forums that you can subscribe to if you want.
