Can't change my blog's privacy settings

  I’ve recently changed the URL of my blog (Arkael to Robinetta), but I tried manually typing in the new URL and it said that it’s protected and marked private by its owner, but I’m the owner?? I asked on the forum here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/site-is-private-but-settings-said-its-public?replies=7#post-2938909%23postform and someone mentioned that it was under another user called Robinetta; I logged into my account and it said that I own the site w/ the privacy marked public. So, I tried to ‘log in’ as Robinetta but I didn’t have a password or anything, and I tried to recover a lost password by typing in Robinetta as the username, but it seems that my email isn’t connected to that username
