can't change my email

  Hey, I tried to change my email address under account settings, because I want to use my new email address, but when I try to save it, it just says ‘There was a problem saving your changes.’.
  Can anybody help me, please?

  Is the new email associated with another WordPress.com account?
  Each email can only be associated with one WordPress.com account.
