cant change my email

  I am trying to change my login email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to my regular email:
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  The first is no longer active but everytime I try it says that there is a problem and doesn’t work. Could you please change it?

  The email address you registered your username account with is your unique identifier here. Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
