can't change my email address

  it says i must be using that email address for another wordpress account.. but if i did it is so long ago that i no longer remember anything about it.. .. i think there were 2 similar word press sites ? and i got confused. if i can still log into my current WordPress blog with the same email address..that kind of doesn’t make sense if i can’t even locate the old account? i have changed ISP’s and have a new email addy and don’t want to use the one i have listed in my account details on my blog now. (the one i am using, not the one i can’t remember)

  Yes,i cannot change my one too.It says that e-mail adress is already in use
