Can't change my email address

  When I change my email address in account settings, I get an email at my old address and my new address. When I click the link in the desired email notification, I am taken to the wordpress home page and can not ever log in with my new email address. I had used this address on the same account, changed to a different email address, and now would like to change back. This is the only site I have on wordpress.

  The software here redacts email addresses and that means it hides them so only Staff can see them. Please provide the email address here as I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.
