Can't change my gravitar?

    I can’t update my gravitar. Every time I click on change gravitar I get a window that says: if this window does not close automatically, click to close. It doesn’t close and when I click to close, it just closes and I can’t change my gravitar

    Every time I click on change my gravitar, a window pops up that says: if this window does not close automatically, close it. When I close it, nothing happens and I can’t upload a picture to my gravitar.
