Can’t change my profile picture

  Hi- I have been trying to upload a new profile picture but keep getting this message: ‘Hmm, your new profile photo was not saved. Please try uploading again.’ I have resized the image according to the specs I found online but it still doesn’t work. What should I do?

  Are you trying to change it via https://wordpress.com/me/?

  Please check if it works if you do it via https://en.gravatar.com/gravatars/new instead.
