Cant change my username

  I have been trying to change my username but it says that the username is not available. This username is extremely important to me. I search anyone on wordpress with the username Alltek or alltek and nothing shows up. Nobody seems to be having an active account whoever has that username if they have it at all. I appreciate your time and patience. Thank you so much. oh and my current username is alltekgamer. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  If the user goes for a closing an account, it’s all data associated with an account is removed during a closure, but the username is blocked from being registered again, in order to prevent impersonation.

  Hi there,

  That username is reserved for the owner of the site address, https://alltek.wordpress.com/. The only way you’d be able to register that username is if the current owner of that site transferred ownership to you.

  We cannot transfer that site to your account, nor can we release that username for you to use under any circumstances.
