Can't change Name servers on domain I purchased through WordPress

    I bought a domain through wordpress and bought the domain Mapping with it. The domain nor the mapping is in place for that domain, and I’m curious as to why this is? I need to change the Name Server records on this domain to our new hosting site that way I can manipulate the DNS records.

    Who do I need to contact to ensure this get done? Currently my history shows when I bought the domain and domain mapping, but I can’t get to the domain to change those records?

    Note: the domain in question is the same name as the blog I selected above without the “dotnet.wordpress.com” at the end. The domain name ends in .net
