Can't change Name servers on domain I purchased through WordPress

I bought a domain through wordpress and bought the domain Mapping with it. The domain nor the mapping is in place for that domain, and I’m curious as to why this is? I need to change the Name Server records on this domain to our new hosting site that way I can manipulate the DNS records.
Who do I need to contact to ensure this get done? Currently my history shows when I bought the domain and domain mapping, but I can’t get to the domain to change those records?
Note: the domain in question is casselrock.net (instead of casselrockdotnet.wordpress.com)

I’m seeing that you canceled the casselrock.net domain registration a few days ago. I’m guessing that was done by mistake and you were not actually trying to cancel?

That is correct. I didn’t realize that removing the domain would remove the registration as well. I am not trying to cancel the domain registration and access to the DNS records and would like that reinstated if that is possible.
Who do I need to email/contact in order to get this resolved?

I will try and reverse the cancellation. I will let you know if I am successful, it typically takes 12-48 hours.

I checked on the domain and it is back in the list so I have the setting back for changing name servers. Thank you.
However; I followed the instructions in the link you sent above and it won’t let me change the name servers. When I try to change the name servers its stating I need to “resend verification email” which when I push that button states it “cannot resend the ICANN email”. I also checked my Inbox and I never received a verification email.
What do I need to do at this point?

It is also stating my casselrock.net domain is “suspended”, so not sure how to fix that. When I click on the notice about being suspended, it takes me to the same ICANN email verification location and, again, when I press the button it states “ICANN email could not be sent”.

Well that is frustrating!
Let me dig into this and see what I can find out. It may have to wait until Monday when I can get one of our domain experts on it.
