Can't change nameservers

  I’m trying to change the nameservers but my account is saying I need to verify the ail address…I keep trying to verify it
  ..but no verification email ever goes to my email..this us urgent…please help

  You’re receiving that message because nyamftmetro.com is under a different account than the one you are contacting us with.

  You must be logged in under the account associated with the domain in order to change the nameservers.

  I do…what account is it associated with? I set it up…but when I log into my WordPress.com account…the site isn’t there.

  what I don’t understand is that when I log into my account, the nyamftmetro.com website use to be there…along with 4 other websites I made, but now they are gone. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) . I was able to recover the password and get access to my account…but the website I need help with isn’t there anymore.

  I tried to use the account recovery form but I couldn’t submit it because I don’t have any of the three authentication steps. I built this website in 2011. I recovered my password to the 2 wordpress accounts I have. 1 is email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the other is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I was able to get into both of those accounts but the websites I registered…including nyamftmetro.com are not longer there.

  I have to make these nameserver changes… how do I do this?

  If you look at the whois in ICANN… that is my info. The ownership information is me, with my email address.

  Can you contact me in this thread while logged into you info@ e-mail? That is the one connected to the domain upgrade. That will confirm ownership and then we can get the nameservers set up for you.

  hi… I am replying while logged in to the info@midtown……. email. Is this good? I can change the nameservers on my own… I just need to be able to do it. Or do you have to do it? I don’t want them changed until tonight… when there will be less of a chance that people will be on the site in case any links don’t work.

  You should now be able to change the nameservers yourself by going here while logged into this account.
