Sorry about the trouble you’re having. I can confirm that we are experiencing problems with regards to domain transfers and domain information changes at the moment. Rest assured that they’re being looked into and I will let you know as soon as I receive an update about the issue.

This issue should be resolved now.
You may need to re-request whatever change you were attempting to do (transfer domain, change nameservers, etc).
