Can’t change password
-
I created an account recently, and it said my password was incorrect the first time I tried to log in after creating it. I assumed I made a typo, and reset my password. But whenever I try to change my password, the ‘Save Password’ button is greyed out. It will only accept the passwords it generates, despite the passwords that I can actually remember meeting all the requirements listed below the entry field.

Hi,
You may find the Protect your account with strong passwords support page helpful. It includes sections on “Tips for creating strong passwords,” and “How to generate strong passwords.”
Attempts to create a password that is a simple string of numbers or a common word or phrase, may be rejected with a note such as “This is a very common password. Choose something that will be harder for others to guess.”, or “This password is known to be included in compromised password lists. Please choose something more unique.”
If after considering those tips and suggestions you still want a password that is simple and easy to remember, then may I suggest adding a string of letters or numbers at the end of your chosen password. For example, the following passwords worked for me in tests: baseball5367, and Jennifer0077.
