Can't change payment details

    Every year we pay extra for a different registered domain name on our site (to get rid of the .wordpress.com suffix).

    However, the credit card we previously used has changed. When I attempt to change the payment details on wordpress however, it doesn’t give me to option to edit my info but consistently brings me back to the screen to upgrade my plan.

    Is there another way to edit the payment info as my domain renewal has failed a few times now.

    Hi,

    To edit the credit card info you will need to go to Manage Purchases–>Edit Payment method. WordPress has a guide to help here:

    If those steps do not work, try disabling any browser plugins you may have OR switch to a different browser like Chrome or Firefox.
