Can’t change permalink in Edit page

  Hi

  Something is strange on one of my wordpress blog.
  I cannot edit the permalink anymore on the edit page (post.php?action=edit)
  If i click on the permalink under the title, nothing happens, whereas it should turn into an input field.
  f i click on the modify/change button, nothing happens.
  I have to go back to the post listing, and choose the quick edit to be able to change the permalink.

  Anybody can help ?
