can't change plan or billing info or cancel

I have a blog that was set up by somebody else and is charging my credit card. I was able to login with a password reset, but WordPress doesn’t allow me to change the billing info to remove my card. It also doesn’t show my charges in the billing history. When I try to downgrade or delete the site, it says I can’t because the site is on a premium plan.
I need this site to stop charging my credit card. Please downgrade the account and remove my credit card, or delete the site.

If this billing problem hasn’t been resolved, add “modlook” to the tags for this thread. That will alert a staff member that you need assistance with this issue.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
Have you contacted the blog owner and asked them to act on this?

I am the blog owner. It was originally set up by an employee who is no longer with the company. There is only one other user in this account that was set up by this employee but goes to an address that is no longer active. Since I am an admin, I can remove this other user from the account. Will that allow me to change the plan and payment info?

Can’t return to basic account
My domain has expired and I wish to return tot he basic account using the default link but I cannot change it. I keep keep getting the popup page to re-register. -
