Can't Change Site Theme Or Buy New Plan

    Hello,

    Recently I just got off the business plan for my WordPress.com website and right now it’s a free site. But now I’m having problems. I can’t change my site to any other free theme, and now that I want to go on to a paid plan all the options to do so are gone. I can see the plans but there’s currently no option to pay for any of them. I tried contacting the support staff but I haven’t heard back so if anyone could help that would be much appreciated.

    Hi @chroniclesweb, it looks like you’ve added customizations that aren’t compatible with other plans.

    I noticed your business plan was too old to refund, but you still do have quite a bit of time left on it. Do you want me to just restore that to your account so you can continue working with what you’ve got, or would you like us to revert your changes so the site can be on a different plan again?

    Ah, actually I had it wrong, your business plan recently expired.

    Let us know whether you would like us to go ahead and revert back to the free version.
