Can't change stock photo for my personal choice

I have just set up a new website and I am having trouble (I’ve spent hours and hours) trying to remove the stock photo and add my own. when I preview it, it’s there, but when I look at it online, it’s still the stock photo. I need help before I pull all my hair out!!!

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
