Can’t change style of entry titles and sticky entry titles with css.
-
I’m using the Blix template and have updated the CSS to change the colors and fonts for everything, including nav, entry h1s and h2s, but I’m NOT able to change the entry titles and sticky entry titles. I’ve searched and tried everything I can think of, but it seems as if these two areas are blocked from CSS editing.
I tried this:
.entry .title
h1{font-size: 2.0em; font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #fa5729;}
h2{font-size: 1.5em; font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #4e7070;}But it only changes the post h1s and h2s, not the actual title of the post.
Frustrated, and would love your help! I’m paying for CSS editing capability; not hosting myself.
Thanks!

Please could you give us a link to your blog (your username links to a different site) so that we can check the CSS code.
Incidentally, you might consider changing the link of username so that it does go to your blog.

I think what you need is:
h1 a{font-size: 2.0em; font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #fa5729;}
h2 a{font-size: 1.5em; font-family: Helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #4e7070;} -

Definitely helpful, thank you! It looks so much better now. This template still has a few hidden CSS styles that are controlling various states, but I’m done playing with it. Time to hire a good CSS expert to help me out! Thanks again.
