Can’t Change Template Header (popular fx)
-
I am able to edit everything EXCEPT the header portion on every page with the: phone #, email, logo, hours. These are all already links but I cannot find where to edit them. I can select the box and change the font style etc, but I cannot see or find where the link is. Please help! Thank you!

Theme is PopularFX
I stopped working on it fearing I wouldn’t be able to change the top portion and would have to start over. -
Thanks. I believe you’re in the wrong forum, because your site isn’t hosted by WordPress.com. I’ve called for staff attention. Staff will respond here, and they will explain more fully.

I’m able to edit everything but the header and footer of the Popular FX theme (DentalCare), which I selected from HostGator before starting to work in WordPress. Neither of those areas are clickable. When I try to edit the header from the dashboard, it is the area below the uneditable header of the FX theme. It says to use SitePad Editor in the FX theme footer. I don’t know how to access that through WordPress, Softaculous or Pagelayer. Please help!!! I tried a chat with HostGator and they sent me some links to help, but there was nothing in them that got me to the SitePad Editor. I also tried downloading SitePad Editor, but got an error message that it was already there. Tried changing browsers to no avail. I have reached the limit of my incompetence!

As with the original poster, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so you’ll need to reach out to the WordPress.org community forums if not your host:
