can’t change the password

after I click forgot password, the system said the password will be sent to my email. But now I’m waiting for 2 hours there is still no any email from WordPress, could you please help me.

Your site “www.sirichaishop.com” is not hosted on wordpress.COM. This is a public forum which provides support only for the sites hosted on WordPress.com.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG both are completely separate.
