Can’t change theme

Keeps telling me preview is not available and to log out and log back in. still not working…….

The error you get is:
Preview not available. Try logging out and then logging back in to get the magic working again. If that doesn’t work, please contact support.
I have tried on my Windows Machine browsers in Flock, IE and Mozilla. On my Mac I have tried Safari and Flock none of them allow you to see a preview and therefore no changing of the theme.

Thanks. Have you done the Cookie Dance: log out, clear browser cache and cookies, restart, and try again. I’m not getting this error, so it must be blog-specific. Thanks for the info about the browsers, very useful.

Then I’d report it to staff via the Support button. That should definitely not be happening.

Sometimes minutes, sometimes days. No way to tell; probably the first sign they heard you will be that it works, so keep checking. Don’t wait for an email.

Yeah I read over that when searching for a solution but it isn’t even showing the preview.
