  I’m having trouble changing the theme of my business site

  our website is defendshelbyco.org.

  It’s currently set to Executive, and I’ve been trying to change it to Twenty Seventeen or Velux, but it seems to stay locked into executive. I’m the new web person at our organization and the previous employee isn’t really much help.

  It’s also not consistent across browsers. It’s also showing up very different on my mobile browser vs laptop and desktop. I’ve been doing the edits on chrome.

  Unfortunately we won’t be much help either here:

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. That version of WordPress doesn’t work exactly like WordPress.com, and we also don’t have any access to your site to see what’s going on.

  Please try asking in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help:

  Support for the theme you’re using might also be able to offer some advice here.

  can I change the theme on the free site? because I can’t apply the chosen theme.

  Basically, I can’t change the theme because 1) the site is free and 2) the site isn’t hosted on wordpress?

  1-the site is free, i just create it now, but i want to change the theme, bust i can’t do it, i think because is free…
